This registration was awarded by Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. (UL) after an extensive audit of PLUS's quality management system. Audits were performed in every department and required the involvement of all employees. PLUS has been fundamentally committed to the principles of Total Quality Management (TQM) for the past decade and ISO takes our commitment to the next level.

ISO 9001:2000 is a rigorous quality management system standard revised from the 1994 ISO 9000 standard. ISO 9001:2000 emphasizes a focus on customer satisfaction, continual improvement, and management involvement. In simple terms, a company must say what they do, do what they say, prove it, and improve it.
